The Chief might also be acrophobic. There's that bit in Halo 2 during the level _Gravemind_ where you first arrive in High Charity, and soon you have to go down one of those gravity lifts that's open to the main chamber where Cortana tells you "Truth is moving through the lower levels." If you hesitate, she'll reassure you that's it's safe. Hesitate further, and she'll goad you about how you dove out of Cairo station with the bomb. Hesitate further still, and she'll relent.

I don't know. It is possible that Locke was killed off. Before anyone gets in a rage please hear me out. If you read into the books and Buck in particular you will find out something. Everyone remember the Rookie from Halo 3:ODST? Well this isn't much of a spoiler because the lore isn't dived into much. However he is killed off screen, he is in a way killed off without even getting too much into story or detail. More explained as a flash back of Spartan or Gunnery Sargeant Buck. You also come to learn that Buck's not that lucky when it comes to teams. The Rookies death as well as one other even hits him really hard. Plus Buck is Bouncing back and forth between teams. Now you may say hey this is about Locke not Buck. However Locke supports him doing these missions on the side. Plus Locke even offers Osiris' help in case Alpha‐Nine finds themselves in a spot. I bring this up because Dare, Buck's wife has a habit of pulling from mission at the begin or during missions and pulls assets for the greater good. Also being a Captain makes her the same rank as Lasky, though with Dare only answering to Admiral Osman. Also it seems that everything ONI on Infinity is pretty much going through Dare. So I Dare to say that Fireteams Osiris as well as Alpha-Nine could be out there somewhere. On Zeta Halo chasing after Sparks trail, 343 Guilty Spark in his new "Body" as on Zeta Halo shortly before Infinity showed up. Linking up to the Ark to find out what the Hand of Atriox is up to. Or any number of other things. Plus she had a Prowler, so not much stopping them.
