Itâs a good pub in all fairness and Iâll pop in once in a while, but I have to admit the pricing absolutely stuns me there! ÂŁ12 though mate đ±
Nice haul Baz, that beetroot sounds fantastic, I had a beetroot lambic not that long ago and the earthy taste was brilliant, I avoided Chubbles this year for the 1st time since it 1st landed, I couldnt justify the price, same as Putty and Puttty, cheers mate đ»đ»
Bloody hell. Justin Pipe. Fallen asleep a few times watching him throw. Makes Dennis Priestly look like Ricky Evans
I think that's a decent price for the Floris box đđ I'm used to paying relatively high prices because top quality is more expensive. Life's too short to drink rubbish beerđ
Thatâs shocking prices mate holy fk đșđș
I really liked this, I thought it was better than average.
I got 6 bottles of this today, for 99p each, that'll do me
Good one Baz! I guess I am disappointed in that. Kinda expected more. Cheers.
Staropramen is shyte. I bet no-one in the Czech Republic drinks that rubbish...
Pale amber quaffable session beer. Light, fruity, yet with a smooth malt background and an earthy, herbal finish. Some citrus accents. Dry finish. Golden ale like carmely aftertaste. Perfect for all gatherings when you do not want to concentrate on your easy drinking beer.
@@AleDegustation cheers pal đ
Sounds half decent that mate. I do like there supermarket brews đ»
@@DeepingBrewsReviews get it in the basket pal. Cheers
Came across this by accident in the middle aisle at lidl yesterday, I think it was ÂŁ2.99. Today is a hot day and decided to crack it open. Verdict is that I could quite happily have a session on this at a BBQ, very refreshing summers day drink.
@@davidbennett3098 glad you enjoyed it mate. Stock up đ
Thanks for the review. Grabbed a four pack of 500 ml cans of this in my local shop. Trying it now. Hot summer day, very satisfying, would repeat
@@isotopia7681 thanks for watching. enjoy pal
Dont think you have reviewed it but can see many others have but aztec mountain by mad squirrel has to be up there as one of the best supermarket ipa's
This is actually the second version of Tank Petrol and it's in a slightly different can, the first version was 6.0% ABV and slightly better in a way I can't quite put my finger on. It's hard to know why they tweaked it. The one thing that really bugs me about Northern Monk is that they do so many short-run beers which means that some real crackers just fall by the wayside never to be seen again. This will probably join that company so enjoy it while it lasts.
What's a twang? đ€
Is this still brewed by Vocation or is it now brewed by Brew York? The last two Gwei-Lo beers I had were brewed by Brew York but I don't suppose it really matters since they're both top breweries. In any case I had this about a year ago and I wasn't impressed and I wouldn't buy it again. Very ordinary.
Cheers mark
Ist ein Export
I always find Kirkstall a bit hit and miss but I'll give this a go next time I'm in Asda.
Cheers mark
Definitely is an Abbaye de Vauclair Baz, itâs written on the top of the cage. A lovely summer beer. For me, flavours abound from within this beer. Donât confuse this with a Leff.
Cheers jim
Pale straw color, clear. Two foam fingers with low retention. Very distinct cereal aroma. Sweet taste, very light cereal and metallic aftertaste. Watery body. Another super industrial Pale Lager.
Cheers krystof đ
Sounds alright that chap đș will keep an eye out for it
Surprised you've not had it pisshead đ€Ł
hate when supermarkets mix beers in with in with the 3 for 2 deal that are not in it. That's done me a few times mate. looks like a interesting bunch hope you find some good ones cheers
Glad it's not just me it happens to or pisses off. Cheers pal đ
West malle trappist is the best :)
Yh very good beer đ
Had this, hated it. I was expecting a sour but it's not a sour.
Certainly not as sour as it should be. Safe as I said. Cheers
Nice mate cheers Baz
Cheers JB
Extensive DVD collection there mate will pick this one up mate cheers Baz nice video
Probably only half of what I have mate đ€Ł. Cheers big man
this isnt a sour its also not a bad beer it just is what it is i had mine a couple of weeks ago id had since last year.
Absolutely. Cheers đ
Imo a beautiful beer and just like a Belgian Lambic, no holding back on the sourness ! đ
Cheers jason đ
Cheers buddy đș
đșđșđșđș cheers dear boy.
Nice one Baz got a couple of them myself to review đ»đ
Be interesting to hear your views on them ones..cheers
Iâve got this one to drink, still gonna dive in and give it a go, cheers baz hope your well đđșđ
Hope you like it. Yh good ta mate, right back at ya
In Australia since at least the seventies (probably earlier, but I didn't arrive in Australia until 1970) there has been a drink called the Portagaff (or Portergaff) it consists of half and half stout and lemonade. Coopers Brewery even had an ad on tv back in the seventies with a ditty "Coopers stout and lemonade, that's a portergaff you've made". I'd recommend trying it with Guinness Extra Stout rather than the draught, it won't take anywhere near as long to settle, when I cook stews and Guinness pies I always use the Extra Stout.
Oh right that's interesting. Cheers
Sounds another decent brew there mate. Look forward to getting some đđ»đ
It is but I think definitely better on tap. Cheers liam
Good lineup there mate đ done em all you have from tesco bar the cherry. Nice beers those đ
Not done every beer no but they have to stand out for me to want to pick em up. Cheers
Looks good in the glass . I prefer the heavier body beers
Oh it's decent drop Cheers DVB
Hey Baz, a Lidl version of leffe. I'll still give it a bash ! Good to see you đ
Hiya pal. Yh they're not awful beers these budget blondes but they're not as good as the bigger branded ones.. cheers
I got a Italian ipa from Lidl
I had an Italian IPA a couple of yrs ago. Wonder if it's the same and just been rebranded. Cheers
have you tried the Gritchie Brewing Company Galaxy Neipa and the Gritchie Brewing Company Dulce De Leche Stout both in asda in the 4 for 3, apparently its guy richie's brewery. i've got them as part of my birthday beer box in july so wont be trying them for a while.
Itâs only in the big Asda
I didn't see any of that stuff in my Asda. Do t think JB was a fan of the de leche one đ€Ł. Enjoy mate
Tallyho! Dear boy. Black forrest beer is bloody lovely.
That it is sir. đ
Nice to see you back. I thought you had 'Retired' ?
I had but come back lol. Cheers
No Francophile LOL
Death by cherries is a bad un. Northern monks faith in futures gear is generally decent, gwei 'lo are partnered with vocation I think. Look forward to the reviews
Agreed, Death By Cherries is downright nasty. Gwei-Lo is currently brewed by Brew York.
Cheers John đ
Had my first genuine BiĂšre de Garde last night (Trois Monts) and it was outstanding đ This sounds like Lidl are offering a cheap imitation đą
I guess it's doing what it should at the price point like they're fake moretti n Stella. Cheers don
I dont know much about beer, but Leffe is for now my favorite beer. But, its so expensive in Norway, so i stick to this local Beer in Bergen called Hansa, or Hansa Lite that i prefer to drink.
Yh leffe is a solid beer. Good if you can find an alternative you like at a lower price. Cheers

Nice man cave, and i wish you a great beer drinking weekend. Cheers.
Thanks, you too!
Iâve just had the premium hawkstone lager and itâs nothing like lager itâs IPA it reminds me of brewdog punk IPA. Itâs nice but itâs just not what I was expecting, so from your video saying that the pils also has that vibe then a lot of this beer must all have that vibe.
I love the Effes, malty hit. I'll give it try at least.
Hope you like it đ
It's Honey, Malty,Grassy, lemon Bready clean brew.
Thanks for your views đ
