This is the first time I hear someone talking about this type of meditation outcome. I had been practising meditation for two months then, and it came easier to me than most people. At some point I realised I didn't need solitude, relaxing music or even comfort - I couldn't shake it off on public transport when I definitely didn't want to drift away mentally. I stopped it all cold turkey and tried to avoid any triggers like a recovering alcoholic avoiding old buddies and parties. It's very easy for me to imagine what this lady says about people needing to stop their car and come to senses. Those Hindu people meditating for months and years - it's not enlightenment but rather a form of narcolepsy.

I spent 11 years in 3HO and as an ashram leader and the clinical director of their drug and alcohol abuse rehab program, I witnessed how Bhajan would have the head of the ashram and the Executive Director of the drug program make up lies about the efficacy and success rate. When she told me that Bhajan said we should advertise a success rate of 82% when in fact it was only 10%, I nearly fell out of my seat. But, the “ends justifies the means” is the strategy of sociopaths. While education was eschewed and highly discouraged, I earned my Masters and Doctorate in Psychology and studied clinical hypnotherapy. It was then that I figured out Bhajan’s manipulation and emotional/psychological abuses. Good conclusions! As a former Christian - I've been in cults, but not in any religious cult - the real problem is that there is a doctrine is outside the human: a revealed religion always risks to degenerate either to a cult or to an unsound bureaucracy of "holy" but distant priests. It is not about the doctrine (logic system), it is about trusting people with doing their own moral estimations with their own internal ethics.

The preceding was prompted from events in my own life coinciding with writing a story of the sataric use of comedy for an African American literature college level courses final project. A prompt including the works of James Peele, specifically the movie Get Out was used as a platform and basis to add a prologue to set a nexus between a movie plot, and a different narrative or idea behind the claims being made by “Chris.” I'd been waiting for the right opportunity to hopefully demystify strange events in my recent past in attempts to polarize actual events, potentially exposing corruption. Specifically in Salida, CA where I believe there is a cult operating at some capacity. The whole plot reminds me of many movies, but two stand out in particular. That of The Shawshank Redemption and arguably the movie Doctors Sleep. If I have been able to positively identify an agent at any capacity as the story closes, the implications require immediate attention. There is certainly a tremendous amount more information to add, however, I chose to write about actual events that were captured through CCTV and my own personal experience(s). I removed a considerable amount of commentary for the sake of time. The story picks up in mid 2014 after purchasing a home in Salida, C.A… (Story begins) There was a tipping point though, something began to not sit right within his stomach, and started getting certain inclinations although nothing too obvious to indicate something covert was transpiring. His neighbors across the street, a very nice family had moved abruptly and would later be told by the homeowner who rented the house, the tenants were evicted for non-payment. A new couple had moved in and Chris was able to introduce himself to the couple John and a lady named Sue who seemed like hard working people. He noticed John would take off for weeks at a time being a truck driver and his wife would stay home, all this happening in the years of 2015 leading into 2016. It wasn’t until Chris’s neighbors directly to his left, not necessarily the couple across the street whose wife never left the house, something was definitely wrong. And it wasn’t even an encounter. Chris can remember the first day laying eyes on the male neighbor who’s name he would never learn, upon even setting eyes on this character, something didn’t sit right. Chris began to see certain people acting a certain way, whether it being trying too hard or trying too little to fit in, and would later alert the authorities, even prior to his home being broken into. Just this certain level of mysteriousness and uneasiness with someone who didn’t seem approachable and arguably had a stick up his ass, could tell something was off. Everything began subtle, little cues the house next door would continue to build and build. Playing loud and obnoxious music, almost a certain kind of psyops or some kind of script or plot within the context of playing music with certain connotations about the darkside such as “highway to hell,” and major ideologies within promiscuity, everything the Bible didn’t stand for. These people would continue to test the boundaries despite the illusion of inactivity by constant harassment which would otherwise be argued as gaslighting. Just an overall sense of passive aggressive behavior and acting as hackers would be the impression of many, always hiding, scheming and plotting in the dark. Beyond the initial reaction of something being wrong, Chris’s first interaction with the neighbors, or lack thereof, would happen on May 26, 2017. Not the most civil and respectable or well mannered individuals, could overhear an argument between the occupants at 4410 San Martin Dr, Salida, C.A. Michelle, the actual homeowner had misplaced her weapon evidently as screams were exchanged between her and her son heard from a considerable distance away. The respondent/son frantically and boisterously saying, “You’re just afraid of the neighbor! You’re just afraid of the neighbor.” Previous feelings of something off would continually be confirmed, a sense of exposure where the arguable secret society holding truths, would later be revealed. And Chris is thinking to himself, well I haven’t really seen these people, spoken to these people, so why would anyone really be afraid of me, what do they think they know? And this struck Chris as odd moments later as both the male figure and Michelle walked over to his house (Chris had performed a Google search inputting the address nextdoor to get the homeowner’s name) Leaving the couple on the doorstep and not making contact after an already turbulent interaction, left things the way they were and went on about his business. The same ruckus with loud obscene music never seemed to fail and just the bothersome nature and vibes given off. Later in 2017 at the same location in Salida, something weird happened. Leaving under the cover of darkness in the early morning hours around 4 a.m to purchase a drink a mile away from his house, Chris returned home within ten minutes, to find lipstick prints on his towel located in the master bedroom. Like what, lipstick prints, really!? Thoughts about any of the individuals being agents, whether FBI or something along the lines of local law enforcement, for one reason or another, did certainly cross his mind given the weird and odd occurrences. There is a chance the people who had moved next door to Chris were just average, everyday normal people with no affiliations to law enforcement. Reason being, Chris recalls the police being called to their home late at night late 2017 after disturbances of a glass shattering, but who left lipstick prints on Chris’s towel is a bothersome question? And here’s the thing, a report would be made to the FBI whereupon contact between Chris’s recently deceased father, but this was just a gut feeling that would later be confirmed. It

would appear as though the initial gut feeling overall all produced some sort of result that confirmed his previous suspicions. Despite a deeper sense of knowing and understanding someone was watching Chris. The neighbors, uttering obscenities and walking away seemed to be their method of operation and come to find out, time would tell when Chris would arguably recognize one of the stalkers from nextdoor. Chris’s suspicions would be further confirmed when 4th of July, 2020 in Concord, California at a local 711 convenience store as Chris was grabbing a drink. After having traveled the world for a year on and off, Chris would come across one of the individuals next door, but under the most odd circumstance. Normally, this sort of irrational behavior might allude to delusion, but there’s some tangibility and substance to every claim being made and a certain sense of knowing. At or around midnight and it didn’t all of a sudden sync immediately or dawn upon Chris who those almost familiar stranger could be, but some guy (describe) began squatting near the drink cases and began saying, “I fucked yo bitch, I came all over her lips,” and Chris thinking like what they heck to himself. Now, it kind of was directed at Chris and did get the feeling years prior someone, arguably an agent had taken a liking to me although, not someone near and dear to his heart, Chris thinking there is some connection. Now, if Chris is right, Chris shouldn’t even be alive to tell. If Chris is right and this is corruption within the offices of the Justice Department or whomever. If Chris is right, he was a failed sacrifice and these demons are pissed for whatever reason, how crazy is this. Who was this bitch, was it the person that broke into Chris’s home? Was someone watching the people that were meant to watch Chris? Trying to solve the great mystery served as a major catalyst for growth and working to succeed in life, to bring exposure to the world if in fact secret societies are trying to harm anyone in any capacity.

All these certain random instances would draw and question what exactly is going on, if anything. There’s got to be some connection there and a primary reason Chris didn’t report the incident of someone breaking into my home, although red flags have risen in 2017 and certainly now, but genuinely, even prior to 4th of July 2020, knew something was off. Reason being, Chris felt everything was a secret. It’s as though the gangstalkers or whoever these people are, either tried too hard, or too little and something was definitely not sitting right by covertly targeting him. Feeling as though there was some level of fraternization going on and he was the ultimate target of this cult, and wasn’t to be touched. If Chris is right and he’d never imagine anyone to ever divulge themselves complicit with their involvement. But If Chris has been able to indirectly describe agents within a 50 foot radius during 2016- 2018 in Salida, California, then Chris is definitely on to something with even deeper implications than anyone could imagine. The absurdity and lunacy with actual events described thus far would be viewed upon as delusional and the stuff movies are made of, but think not. Chris definitely has waited the longest time to tell his story for numerous reasons by building a rapport, establishing a foundation, and building a timeline based on tangibility with sights seen. Thieves don't normally break into empty houses would be a recurring theme within the scope of understanding and addressing the past, but none of this made sense. Could there in fact, be a secret society operating as small covert groups, exploiting the justice system to set traps or even worse, have the chosen sacrifice themselves. Chris, returning from his travels and ultimately finding some resolve and his adventures, returns home living a completely normal life. No need to fit in necessarily, but merely present, but the after thought of past actions and the not impending doom, but the notion his stalker(s) are still at large without recourse are apparent and unsettling. Is this bitch still out there and what does she want? Constant reminders of someone trying to infiltrate Chris’s space in attempts to steal his energy and pure essence, which would later evolve into his keen eye as to viewing the world around him for what it is. Taking into consideration the driving forces in the world unseen, and the prevailing darkness that would otherwise encumber unknowing victims. Chris was able to escape death a few times and with his persistence, would later be able to tell the tale in hopes of exposing an evil plot that not only targeted him, but arguably his family, and many others alike. And suppose the questions to wage on, how and why would someone target an individual since birth and what sort of knowledge do “these” people have, what are they trying to accomplish? The shocking reality of the matter and trying to comprehend and the ability to distinguish loved ones from foes. Chris would soon realize living a typical and normal life would be forever erased and now left working ever so hard to make an impact and continue to be weary of further agents. Chris now continues to work on connecting the dots and finding the missing piece to the puzzle, but if only he had kept the towel with lipstick prints as evidence, already firm on whom he believed the psycho killer was, keep he have been one step closer to piecing together the mystery, and solving the failed sacrifice attempt on his life. Working in the present day, a sense of hope prevails and lives on. Sequence of events: Due to the perceived level of sophistication, CIA? MK-ULTRA? For some reason, the movie American Ultra comes to mind, that’s a gut feeling. I knew something was wrong to say the least and the early morning break-in confirmed my suspicions.

I was in a church almost two yrs ago until i seen what was going on for myself. I left after being there 6 months ..my wife is still in the church and will not leave. Now i am considered the enemy ..anyone outside of the church is considered the enemy. The pastor of the church acts like he is being channeled by God. And he has everyone brainwashed including my wife. That pastor has husband and wives divided and tells them to not have any relationship including sex with their spouses that left the church. My wife is keeping my son away from me and will not he stay with me at all. It is domestic abuse. One thought that came to me after listening to this is how academia can be a cult in a different way than 'standard' cults. One learns to keep all emotions out of a voice and be very careful about any thoughts expressed. Certainly there are positive aspects to this, but it often is not supportive to a whole, authentic self, a mix of true emotions and true thoughts. You mentioned Gabor Mate and IFS. Before them, one major influence was family systems theory and its concept of individualization, which is the ability to feel and think at the same time. I'm an actor with a MSc, so I'm extremely sensitive to subtleties of voice and the communication therein. A lot of tonality presents something like a container and rules, such as don't show emotions, only show 'positive' ones, etc. Many of these rules are not that supportive to a full range of an authentic self.

If we talk about spirituality and talk about the soul, in which worldly things are completely eliminated, the spirituality that will be born will give priority to inner growth, inner intuition, purity and truth, then what can we say that the ideology of cult is on one side, is there any exception in it, because cult is completely in favor of scientific temperament, but if we meditate on the creator who created the earth and pray to him, then what will you call this belief, cult or faith? I am not trying to connect faith with superstition, but I am explaining the main form of faith, so my question is whether this belief that I am having is a cult or faith.?
