Hey, how are you popping the keys out of the key bed?
On the SW73 the keybed needs to be completely unscrewed from the chassis. Once that is done, the only thing that keeps the keys in place is the spring on the far end of the key. I didn’t have any tooling for it, so I force a flathead screwdriver into the side of the spring, around the second or third windin, and then gently pulled it up. Just far enough to move in backwards. Doing this too high, at the first winding, can cause deforming the springs. So make sure to be gentle on them.

Just last week, one of the keys died (velocity was way down compared to the rest) so I cleaned the contact rubbers and PCB and put it back together. Works great again 😀
