I have family in Napa, we go there all the time. It was great to see it from the eyes of this video. Napa is a wonderful place to visit. It is very expensive to live.

Yes, but it all depends on the property size and neighborhood. The medium home prices in Napa right now vary between 850k-900k.

Can’t ever predict the market. All we can do is study past patterns that have led to crashes, bear markets , and bull markets, then make an educated guess. All opinion at the end of the day. Thanks for sharing how you feel !
That depends on the market. rent is generally cheaper in terms of monthly payments compared to a house monthly payment. If you invest the extra money you would’ve spent on your monthly house payment in a conservative ETF you will have more money at the end and you can still do all the stuff like borrow against it. I did the math. I own a home but not because of your silly argument, I ll the extra room it offers but it is not the smart investment were I live in Canada.
