In this video, I went on a solo motocamping trip through the Lassen Backcountry Discovery Trail (Not to be onfused with a BDR) and it was a ton of fun! I didn't finish the whole thing due to time constraints, but I covered over 130 miles of dirt, toured the National Park, and had an awesome night of camping. Overall I would say the trip was a huge success. Thanks for following along!

Gear questions for you; are those Klim Baja S4 pants you wear? What brands of adventure style pants are you wearing in some of your camping videos? I am a bigger guy too (I have the same tall KTM) at 6ft4in and 265lbs and I find a lot of the pants 1. Too short and 2. Too tight in the seat and thighs. Your stuff looks like you have found athletic fits that allow you to move freely.

It should. You just have to match the size of the muffler to whatever size your current exhaust pipe is.
@EpicAdventuresOffroad 10-4 thank you, iv got a 4 delete pipe now but I find it to loud for cold morning start ups nabors will hate me this winter if I don't do somthing soon lol

I have all these and a set of Wolfman. I find the Wolfman with their large cavities and top rolling duffle more spacious and easier to use.

Just got a 2018 1290 SAR and am doing the same set up except a Termi exhaust. Decat of the stock exhaust (I have a welder freind) and the Rottweiler intake with both of their stacks. I noticed you didn't add the PowerCommader. Are you happy with the performance? Throttle response smooth enough? I don't hear any popping backfire, burbles in your videos. I don't want to damage my engine by running too lean but also hate to introduce a foreign software component to a bike that is already bringing a ton of technology from the factory. Thank you for your input ACTUAL USER. Not asking for unsubstantiated opinions, politely. 😊
Hey Joe, I had no issue at all not running the power commander. And I was told directly from Rottweiler that it wasn’t required. That being said, they did say there was more power to be had if you do install the power commander. So really it’s your choice. Bike ran totally fine without it though. Enjoy the bike. It’s a beast!

Yes you can sell a peice of property just like you sell something in town. What is hard to do is buy property from the government. Even though they technically shouldn't own land. 🙄 Do you want to buy mountain property? SBF

I was up there day before yesterday hardly anyone there, roads were really rough getting in but I was towing a modified off-road teardrop trailer found a couple awesome camp spots came in on Bowman Road to the lake and did the entire loop came out on 89 it was beautiful up there, I can’t believe you saw a minivan up there that’s crazy!! thanks for the awesome video👍👍👍👍

1 qt is 32 oz this only takes 20 oz. And when checking oil level you do not have to screw the dip stick in for a reading.

I actually have one and use it all the time. Just didn’t pull it out for air down on the last two trips. I always use it to air back up though. Great system!

Love the truck build! Great videos. Not sure what braid you're using or the reel but I've been running Spectra power pro braid on my spinning reels for years and it has always casted great. A lot better than mono or flouro will and doesn't knot up. Could possibly be the swivel is up too high and getting slightly hung up in the guides during the cast. I usually run my swivels right off the lure and just tie my braid to flouro leader with an FG or double uni knot
Thanks for the tips. I had about 12"-14" of leader in between the swivel and the lure, I might have to try what you're talking about and see if I can get it to stop acting up. I've never had braid act like that before, but it was TERRIBLE.
