Hi my name is Scotty, I am a professional musician from Ottawa Canada and I get up to all sorts of things. I do my best to make daily videos on my channel detailing my adventures with music, pro audio, guitar and bass tube amplifiers, motorhomes, travel trailers, camping, sea-doo's, jet skis, and basically anything that interests me. I Bought a Tent Trailer, 1993 Coleman Sequoia Americana
A tent trailer is the only realistic type of camper set up that would be able to fit up at the lake, so I purchased one that my sister and brother and law were selling, got a pretty good deal on it. This camper will need some repairs - as usual on my channel - and I look forward to making this a rock solid pop up that will yield years of enjoyment up at the lake. It will be a bit of a chore getting this up to the lake, I have purchased a winch to get it in, should be an adventure, looking forward to bringing you along !

Installing Flashing Trim on Porch

I tried to do the flashing and railing all in one day but I got tired and quit halfway through, so this video is only of the flashing install. I say "install" loosely because I actually did a god awful job. That being said, I think it turned out decent, and the next time I do this I will be much better. A good mechanic on here that does this for a living would not remove the bolts that he got loose, just get them to turn and spray down with Blaster and re tighten them a bit to keep the exhaust manifold from warping as the other bolts are being loosened. otherwise it tightens the remaining few to the point where they are totally jammed or will snap off in the hole and then OMG!

I used to have one years ago, and I did find some other people. I used to park near the 401 in London and talk to the truckers about traffic and road conditions. Haha. 10-4 buddy!

The problem with screw extractors is that they increase the diameter of the mass you're trying to remove, which is opposite of what you want.

Cool 90's hardware my dude. I'm looking at getting me some Fostex multitracks for archiving my mixes. Whats the deal if you don't have the keys for the HDD bay? Is the drive changeable by taking off the case/lid?
@@EpicWinz good question, I used a hollow bic pen to get the drive key unlocked, its the perfect size. It works, Im not sure how, but the pen trick works, something I learned online

Same issues in the US.
I hope that stingy lift system can handle the added weight. But Great Job!! Keep all cables and pulleys well lubricated, and make yourself some pieces of 2x4 the length of the lift bars. Slide them in there when top is up, and take a little slack off of the cables.
@@bobmcnelis3648 its been going strong ever since, trailer has done a lot of work. The lift system is really lacking om the Viking tent trailers, Coleman seems to be much better. Lift arms on these are suprisingly thin and noodly
