Entrail & Beef Noodles Shanxi Food in China 中国菜 美食 牛杂牛肉 陕西面
Hi friends, I went to eat Shanxi Noodles served in soup prepared using Guangdong sauce and Sichuan chili oil. My expectations were shallow, however the noodles turned out to be very delicious. Since I am a big noodle fan I can say these noodles surprised me.

    3:48 The broth they use for the beef and beef offals noodles is Ox Bone broth. The chicken based soup you saw when you walked in is for something else. Also this process of putting together a soup noodle dish is essentially the same as how Japanese makes their version of ramen, but they typically use pork or chicken as the main soup base.

      I agree with you, most of the time the noodle soup is actually Pork bone broth or beef broth. However, at this restaurant, it came as a surprise to me too that they use chicken broth. This bowl of noodles is very different from many since the boss told me he has come up with a fusion of flavors. Using, Shanxi style noodles, Eastern-style chicken soup, Guangdong sauce, and Sichuan chili oil in the soup. *I hope you enjoyed the video ;)*

    Nice vlog and you have the right attitude to be a food vlogger, keep it up. Chengdu and Chongqing is the right place to start for Chinese food. Sichuan region stands for incredible flavors.
