Hi! If you don’t have a label yet, it’s recommended to print it from the machine if there is a printer! ☺️ Hope this helps!

It depends on the barcode you have on the shipping label… Once your chosen shipping company have it, they’ll automatically know where to bring the parcel :)

Yes! You have to :) as long as the scanner for the qr code works, you don’t have to type it in manually :)
Could you show with more detail the moment for the receipt?
The receipt will automatically show when you’ve successfully put the parcel in the machine :) They will give you a qr code you can take picture of or scan on your phone so you don’t even have to type in your long email address! :)
