Have you released the album you were working on??? I need to get it!
Can someone tell me the best setting for the amplifier for this korg kross 2 keyboard? I am using Laney Amplifier. Also do you suggest using Cloudburst reverb? I see a lot using that pedal for keyboard
You just want to promote that shixty drum machine đ
Certainly sounds different to the Behringer one.
Sounds wonderful. How did you run your guitar through that? Did you just need a 1/4â to 1/8â adapter? Or was it more complicated than that? I want to use my nts-3 as a guitar pedal when it releases.
when comes the Kross 3???
Is it made in China?
There is dubstep sounds in kross 2?
Please more â€
Thank You! I have bought all of the Volca's from Sweetwater!
Love this thing but why all the sudden vids? Is there an update? Just curious. Keep em going though. Great little box.
Like West Coast synthesis in general, tbf
Big gap to be filled. In terms of decent Volca tutorials. Korg donât put anything meaningful out and folk are just left to kind of sort things out for themselves. VERY disappointing đ
what?
What? You mean ya gotta practice instead of watch a video that tells you what to do? Life's rough lol
@@SunderMusic86 Whoâs talking to you Plank đ€Ą
Hello dear, do we have Split function on this keyboard?
Yes we have đ
Hi which has the best sounds quality kross our i3 to play my own Midi Songs, I do my own arrangements, for what I get it doesnât have usb connection for a normal Pen that could cause a delay in charging the files?âŠ. Best regards from Funchal
Intro has Ballad Of Gay Tony vibes.
For unknown reason the spec gives weight WITH stand (unfortunate naming, it is I guess "rest"), but does not say a word, if this is with pedal or not. So what is the weight of the keyboard alone? I really hope D2 with USB and BT MIDI is on its way (not instead regular MIDI, but as additional connection).
i am gonna buy a ms20 mini for my acid sounds :) cant image a better sounding filter for this
I've had this piano for a couple of years and didn't know much of this - absolutely excellent - thank you so much! I did know how good it is to play!
Best workstation since Korg Kronos Titanium
Im just a bedroom producer. I get together with a couple of my friends and we just do massive jams and sometimes we do production challenges. We get to gether and select a few bpm ranges. We all get one bpm selected at random from the range and have to make a drum part. We then rotate and make a bass line. Then rotate and make pads or leads etc. I have to say i have always had some piece of korg gear whether it be any number of volcas, the old electribes with the tubes, wavestate, or the old kp3+. I have been waiting for an updated version for a long time. I cant say how stoked i am to be receiving mine this Monday! Thank you for always making kick ass products! I would absolutely love to see an electribe reboot with tubes again! Give it that warmth it deserves!
Cool
Craazzy...masterwork
Can we get it in white?
Great soundâĄâĄ
Volca Juno-106 and D-50 please.
VERY impressive demonstration! Your musical and technical prowess are outstanding, Luke! Korg definitely picked the right person for this! That said, while many of the sounds suffer from the "oh ouch that sounds like a cheesy keyboard" factor, some of the other sounds sounded like legit records you'd hear in a blockbuster film, major TV show or as part of a major label record. Overall, definitely one of the most promising workstations I've heard. I could definitely get lost in this thing, playing around and coming up with song ideas. Love it.
What brand cable is that? I've seen them in several Volca vids. Love their look. Pass along the brand or a link please
They're myVolts cables! myvolts.co.uk/product/82967/Candycords_-_myVolts_audio_cable%2C_3.5mm_straight_jack_to_3.5mm_angled_jack%2C_70cm%2C_Liquorice_Black
The intro drums reminds me Alexander Robotnick's - Problems d amour
Does it have weighted keys?
No
isnt 2600 mono synth ?
Just advise which kick pedals are suitable for hohats and bass drums
Very nice. God bless you so much
decent demo actually... id watched another video and couldn't really see the appeal but i can in this one
nice demo, thanks. velocity sensitivity over midi?
Korg need too do more volcas it seems they stopped making them once the lead designer left. It'd be cool too have a korg nts1 beefed up and put In a volca case,or a poly six,M1,wavestation..etc. There's so much legacy hardware you could take and put in a volca case.
Same thing happened with Roland leaving the Boutique series to die with so many Roland Classic synths left behind. On the Volcas it would be amazing to see a mini Polysix or the monopoly or the M1 (today I think it's not so expensive to shrink and M1 into a volca size synth like Roland did with the D-50 into the D-05)
Korg, please don't give up on the Volca series! You have so very many loyal artists using these fabulous devices. There's an FM2 and a Sample2, PLEASE give us more 2's! Please leave the same form factor as well! We aren't asking for much, just newer versions with today's tech. Or if you have run out of ideas, here's a few. New Volca (performance) mix would be easiest, Volca speaker/bluetooth doesn't exist but it should (just a flat, volca shaped speaker with same form factor). Volca effects "pedal" (delays, reverbs, etc.) Volca sequencer/midi controller (sq-1/sq-64, Hapax, Deluge, etc.) Volca midi hub (Retrokits RK006). I could go on with other ideas but you get the point. You can cram so much tech in this space. Look what you can do with a simple NTS-1 and custom oscillators. Being able to load a Volca the same way would be great. Being able to use an ANDROID PHONE to manipulate your Volcas is imperative! This is the flaw with the Sample2. Thank you for your time. đŒđ¶đ€
Seriously, you could give us a simple Volca shaped rechargeable battery that spits out 9vdc and we will buy it. We aren't asking for a Digitakt crammed into a Volca, though you probably could come very close. Pattern generators, time division, chords, song mode, sampling ability, midi in/out/through... These are all easy things.
buy an opsix. better in every single way
Volca rebootâŠ.. does this indicate more are on the way â€
Dj Lucky Luke
Thanks for the review! I'm almost deciced, however I need to be able for my drum kick trigger to sidechain the bass, is this possible with one of the effects? I tried to search for it but I don't find it. The manual mentions: FX Type.................................................................................................................... Selects an insert effect. (Refer to the âEffect type listâ in the preset list (PDF)) However, a search on the PDF comes with an only result wich is that same line.
Lets go
