I believe it was due to aircraft separation. The aircraft landing before the ELAL 787 didn't vacate the runway in time so the ELAL 787 had to abort at the last minute. 👍

@@Yourlocalscottishtherian Have you thought about coming for the day? You can sometimes get a return with BA for around £90 from Edinburgh to Heathrow direct. That said there are some good types visiting Edinburgh and neighbouring Glasgow airports. 👍
