Thanks, I did like the look of the Rebel 1 from the Comics but the model from Mel's Miniatures would not have the cardboard. at the moment painting some Star Wars Legion then i might do some more Armada 3D printed ships.

thanks. I also took inspiration from the Antarctic and Arctic vessels being hull red with some white top superstructure, like the MPV Everest.

I bought some Decal paper from my Postal company. then got the image online and printed a number of different sized images onto the sheet. used the same sheet as my Decals for the Star Wars Legion Rebel AT-RT and X-94 Landspeeder.

took me about 2 weeks on each set. the planning of what colours to paint them and testing takes the longest amount of time to get just what i wanted to see.

Magnetising your Turrets and generators will help your show different aspects of your fleet as well as helping to relise this squadron has that weapon system instead of another. happy glueing.

i am up in Castlemaine. there are a few players nearby in Bendigo that are doing both Star Wars Armada and X-Wing with 1 or two also getting into Legion.
