Cheap and Easy Breakfast Idea: Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage & Cheese
Looking for a cheap and easy breakfast idea? Look no further! This recipe for Scrambled Eggs with Turkey Sausage & Cheese is the perfect solution for a delicious and budget-friendly breakfast.
To start, you'll need 1lb of lean turkey sausage, 2-4 large eggs, 1/4 cup of shredded cheddar cheese, 1/2 onion diced, 1/2 pepper diced, and green onion. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and pour them into the skillet with the turkey sausage mixture. Cook until the eggs are scrambled and fully cooked. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top and let it melt. Serve and garnish with green onions.

I usually use smaller cuts of lamb and came here looking for a method to cook shoulder chop, but I was impressed with the herb butter application. It worked well!!! Some (hopefully constructive) feedback I have: a) perhaps due to using convection when I shouldn't have, 30mins at 425 was far too long, the final product was easily 30F above where I'd want, but how do you anticipate size of the meat and individual ovens (perhaps this is more of a warning for others than something you need to correct). b) I think it might be a little more optimal to leave the other side unbuttered until the flip, and maybe toss some on quickly. I found the butter melted off of the bottom side. Maybe that's what you did and it wasn't clear, or I was ignorant. Over all, thank you for this. Excellent content. I'm gonna be herb buttering every cut of lamb I eat. Subbed.
