I watch these "pro" matches, & conclude that even the pros MISS shots. They make UNOFORCED errors. This gives me hope in my game, which is by no means perfect. But I ALLOW myself missed shots, bad shots, etc. The beauty of being human is that you're never perfuect, but can RISE to meet any challenge. Never give up. Think fundamentals & keep playing to win.

Fed is an incredible singles guy, I've been following him since the APP days, his weakness has always been Ben. Fed can wipe the people that Ben has lost to, but has a very hard time winning against Ben Johns. Last time Fed won over Ben was if I remember correctly Cincinnati?

Lol, jack is still improving. But heres the thing, he’s way way more fun to watch than a Ben. Ben is much more consistent and a better player, but watching him is like watching paint dry. Hope Jack can reduce the number of errors.

I used to coach tennis but hadn't played pickleball at all before playing some intermediate pickleball players about half my age. One of them said I was the best pickleball player he's played against before I told him I had never played before. It took a little adjusting wrt length of racket / paddle, bounce and weight of the ball, spin and bounce of the ball off the racket, but the game was much slower and easy to adjust to as time progressed. I actually looked like I knew what I was doing in the beginning before it actually became a reality. The game was more easy to adjust to than the rules.
