Hi Sean! I notice you always wear a neck gaiter. I have allergic rhinitis and every time I ride I always have stuffy or clogged nose and it’s hard to breathe and usually get headaches after or during long rides. I’m doing my 3rd Audax this weekend I wonder if the neck gaiter helps since breathing through the mouth is more efficient?

I like watching your strolls while working man, gives me a lot of room to think about my plans on what to do on a weekend ride. Now riding while telling a good story is a tricky skill, I can't do that, I'm always focused on the road. On top of that, your stories are very relaxing though conyo-ish but not cocky lol. TBH the M10 (my size 54S) was a better bike. The B-Stay on the older bikes offered better predictable handling. That was sacrificed for aero dynamics and the Monkey see Monkey do attitude with dropped Stays from all the brands. There has been very little in the way of changes over the 15 years coming from Colnago. Prices keep going up but innovation has been stagnant and people are a bit underwhelmed. Speaking for myself of coarse.

Sean, throw you some 30-32s on there. Smooth it out even more. I've been riding 28s for about 12 years. They ARE faster.

I got myself a Radar Ev with advancer/photochromic. My decision was highly influenced after watching your review of a different Oakley model with advancer. Polarized lens if I recall correctly.

my hometown! dun sa part na need nyo ng bike shop, it is actually more or less 50m lang ang nilagpas nyo nung nadun kayo sa paliko papunta ng ternate and going to maragondon proper. if you like naman, mas magandang ruta is via mountain bike and going to bonifacio shrine sa maragondon cavite din
