Is it possible to setup 1:1 as well as group coaching in a single product?
Great question, and no, Kajabi has specific programming for each type of coaching. Group coaching is designed to allow more than one person to login to the same resources and 1:1 coaching is designed so that each client has their own unique information within the guidelines you create in your coaching settings.

Does kajabi create automatic transcripts like zoom?

Are all emails going to spam or just the broadcast emails, sequence emails, or event emails? How often do you send emails? In the Marketing settings, what do you have set as your "From" email address?
Thanks for showing all the tools of Kajabi. However, I have been using Ezycourse and found they offers more tools than Kajabi, while their pricing is cheaper. Plus, their support is top-notch.

Hey Rebecca, I'm having a hard time figuring out how to have them schedule a session and then it also take them to the checkout page. Currently, I have a link on my website to the coaching offer page, which allows them to schedule through calendly, but how do I then have them pay for the session?
The problem I am seeing is that there is no option to have your coaching clients direct message you (this typically comes with my coaching packages). The only way would be to add them to a community, but then the only option is to allow all members to message you. So I would be giving ALL my members including membership users (NOT 1:1 coaching clients) the option to message me. In other words, I would need to add a third party messaging platform. Another problem is that in practice better which I currently use, I can create intake forms and waivers for them to complete prior to coaching sessions. Again not a feature I see here, so i need another third party app for that. It just seems too complicated. Unless I am misunderstanding... thoughts?
Great video thanks Rebecca! I have an accountancy business who has a Done for you offer for online agencies to manage all their finances. I have a lead magnet which is a mini video course (20 minutes long 3 videos) talking about how to setup a business to be as tax efficient as possible in the business and personally. Would love to hear whether you think this is a good LM or I should do something else?
I think this would make a great lead magnet for your prospects as long as your mini video course isn't just giving them advice. The goal of a really good lead magnet is to build interest in your paid offer so that you have a higher likelihood of converting them into new clients. Therefore, just make sure your mini video course builds awareness around their current situation and why it's not ideal for them, how they can solve it, and how working with you makes solving it so much easier. ALWAYS include an invitation to take the next step with you, whatever that is. For some it's to schedule a discovery call. Or it might be to enroll, purchase, or get a quote. Whatever you have as your next step in the client journey, be sure to invite them at the end of your video. Let me know if you have other questions or if I can be of further assistance. Best wishes!

I absolutely love this... I created my layout for desktop and its great!! BUT the view on a tablet is completely messed up... and Kajabi tells me its because my block overlap... Is there a work around for this... So many are using iPads and my homepage is a complete mess on iPad. Thank You in advance!!
Yes, tablet view can be a bit tricky. Kajabi gives you desktop view and mobile view for editing, but even desktop view has different screen sizes that can make custom designs a bit wonky. My best suggestion if your target audience is on tablets regularly, is to avoid using the setting for spacing things up and down by adding number settings. Use the block spacing instead as best you can. For some elements, you can create them in third-party solutions like elfsight.com and embed them. I hope that helps.

Yes you can, if you are using the "custom code" setting under individual page settings. If you want the pixel and GA4 to be site-wide, you could add them both to the header scripts, or just add them to tag manager and let Tag Manager do the rest with just one code.

I love the idea of putting a button where people can add their testimonials. What program do you use to collect them when they click the button?
I use Jotform to set up the testimonial submission form, which I embed onto a Kajabi landing page. That way, I get all the amazing features that Jotform offers (a bit more customizable than Kajabi's internal forms for something like this) yet also can better control the client experience by embedding it on my website. Since Jotform is also embeddable, I'll sometimes also embed it into a lesson right inside a product lesson or even right on the bottom section of the Library page.

This is a great question. My best response is "It depends". The key deciding factor here is the sender's standing and reputation. If you have a well-established email address and domain, that has an existing excellent sender reputation then I would say, "By all means use the custom domain!" If however, you are fairly new to the business or don't have a sender reputation for your email and domain, then stick with the stellar reputation that Kajabi has established. For me, even though I have a great sender reputation, I still use Kajabi's settings. Personally, I prefer to go with a longer-standing sender reputation, which will help with those dreaded "spam/junk/promotions" redirects. I hope this helps.

what can we do when we exceed the custom fields and want to add more fields when it shows exceeded max custom fields
I've run into this a few times and most of the time you can call Kajabi support and they can unlock a few more fields.
When I hit the max custom fields, it's a great trigger to review my fields and see if I can clean some of the up a bit. After that, I contact Kajabi support and request additional fields.
Hi, is it possible to send a datalayer push to GTM for enhanced e-commerce tracking?
Rebecca, thank you for your posts! They are wonderful. Please excuse me if this was addressed in your video, but I'm having a difficult time understanding the solution to the following challenge. I am launching a weekly group class, which (I hope) will be upwards of 50-100 attendees, perhaps more. The attendees are paying by monthly subscription. In the assumption I use Zoom (which is what I am using now), what is to stop anyone from using the Zoom link after they have unsubscribed, or send the Zoom link to someone else to come on and join? No matter where I turn, I can't seem to get clarity on this. I would appreciate your input on this issue. Thank you!
Great question and one that is often asked with situations like yours. There are a few options you can consider. One is to use the Zoom option where each session has a unique login and attendees have to register. The registration link can be posted inside your Kajabi product or somewhere inside the login wall. Another option is to change the meeting ID from time to time, so members access the most current zoom link from inside their product or dashboard. With the advent of the new Kajabi community feature, some of my clients have been using the MeetUp feature inside the community to go live, so members have to login to access the meetup room. I hope these suggestions are helpful.
Is this still valid? When I go to share my youtube live stream it does.t have an option to grab an embed code anymore.
This still works. You just need to use the embed code and pull the url from the live stream share options.

I'm trying to set up a custom time/date choice menu on the registration page for a pre-recorded webinar in Kajabi and cannot for the life of me figure out how to do this. I don't want them to only see the next available date but have a drop-down menu of options. Is this possible???

My Kajabi email editor doesn't look anything like this.
She was doing this in a pipeline email, the regular Kajabi email editor, doesn't seem to work with this. I uploaded it and it's just a still image instead of a GIF, I haven't tried it in a pipeline yet.

I've not used 'pipeline' yet - just marketing emails... and the source code (which I admit I know very little about) didn't work either - it just put words "Feelings gif" in the email - it looked like a link - and I didn't send a test email to see how it turned out... in the sent email...
I emailed Kajabi before I watched tis and they just sent me the generic tag manager video which didn't help. Thank you so much.
