1 I’m not a good singer 😄

Requested by @1973DamianS I’m very new to this song. I tried doing it with the stomp pedal but it didn’t sound great. I also tried with a plectrum (guitar pick) and singing it loud but again it was crap. So this is the best of a bad bunch 😄 Kept it simple so there was less for me to mess up. Nicely done... I don't think you should stop and start so often though... or maybe that's my interwebs currently working at 0.71 Mbps instead of 100 or so...
@@1973DamianS it’s a really bad stutter I have 😂 But that’s crazy how terrible your connection is. Satellite broadband if what you need. That’s what we use in the remote areas up here. You get about 80meg 👍🏻
@@DrewHughesMusic It's been bad for a week or so... there's some "known performance issue" they are investigating. I have direct line of sight to the tower, it's usually awesome.

@@casciottisongs I don’t think it went very well. It was a spur of the moment idea. I wish I had stopped and at least planned what to play etc. I just wanted to have a go. I wanted to do it outside but the midges were eating me alive. Next time I will be better prepared

@@bretbrinker Thanks for your kind comment. The microphone is a shure sm57. Looks a bit different because it has a pop filter but it’s a run of the mill second hand eBay bought sm57. 👍🏻😁

Outstanding performance, Drew! Your voice resonates wonderfully throughout the song. I observed that you strum with the back of your nail, which is similar to my technique. I prefer the tactile sensation of the strings and seldom use a finger pick. It sounds incredible! :-)
