The only problem was the flipper buttons were lower than a real pinball machine. Kraken plus model.

That is correct and keen eye. Virtual pinball machines the buttons have to be placed differently because of the monitors inside. The camera was a bit fish eyed as well, good catch none the less.
That really sucks because if the buttons are not in the correct location it no longer “feels” like a real pin..

Quick question. How would I go about being able to search through my games list that quickly. Haven't figured out how to make it where I hold down the button and it speeds up.
On my machines you hold the flipper buttons. They are mapped to the left and right shift keys.
Can the siren be outfitted with a 120hz 4k playfield? and also is it running pinup popper?
You could but that would be a waste of money on a 32 inch model. There would be no large benefit to me as the ball is plenty smooth at 60hz.
Hello! great video! So I'm about to start a rebuild of my Vpin and I'm to add 4 addressable LED panels from Cleveland Software. My question is, with the current POVs would you recommend putting the LED panels under the glass and have the monitor tilted down in the back or put the LED panels on the backbox and keep the monitor flush with the glass? It's a mini vpin (Haunted House ToyShock gutted and PC added running Pinup Popper). Thanks for your advice!
Thanks. Based on that information rather than my opinion, I would suggest the backbox as tilting the screen down would create probably more work than needed since the machine is already built. I would also recommend getting a teensy and programming it yourself. From what i have seen in forums and facebook, CSD does not support their products very well. I could be wrong, but it seems that way from all the questions on how to setup their stuff I see. Major frenchy has a lot of good info on addressable led setup, MJR also. Those are the guys i learned a lot of stuff from. There is a facebook group for custom virtual pinball effects that showed me how to do this crazy matrix.

Love the HD led matrix , would you consider doing a video on the hardware used in your setup? or point me in the right direction to how you connected the hub75 panels. Is it a teensy or a custom solution. Keep up the good work!
These are just addressable led panels (3 of them side by side), controlled by a teensy. 1 channel per teensy. Darin chamberlain and crew came up with this. on facebook its the virtual pinball custom led effects group.

We are very pleased with our Kracken Plus.
This can now be done in windows with WSL. It worked for me. (Windows Subsystem for Linux)

By that do you mean the feedback you get from the solenoids, or the flipper button style? I use leaf switches and standard type switches for different things.

How fast is shipping
At the moment ~4 months before new orders for the machines I make leave the warehouse. These are made one at a time for each customer. If you mean the titan, that is an import and I can get one in about 2.5 months.
We love our Siren. Fantastic work! And it doesn't seem small at all, when not next to the larger model.

I will, and I have recorded this video but have not made it public yet because I have not watched it very carefully myself you but if you want to follow along, go ahead. I have an older video too, but I would rather continue making newer ones. Having a third screen would be good because a few tables just don't look good on the real DMD.

hi .... I did everything you said but I only got the secondary screen like a pinball machine in a room and not in full screen mode for the whole monitor ..... that is, you can see some parts of the room
there is a checkbox for fullscreen or arcade mode. you might need to use BAM also like I do.

For the "Titan" what is your support going to consist of, I see the other seller you are referencing as well as who actually makes this pinball machine and I am trying to understand what the value add here is.

hello, why when i start the table i can't see the backglass in full screen but beyond the screen i see part of the room (moreover i see it small)? how do i display only backglass in full screen? also if I decrease the resolution I can see the backglass bigger but at the same time it is seen moved laterally .... thanks for any response
do you have the box checked for fullscreen? Did you watch the whole video? I think it covers everything. There is a global setting and a table specific setting as well.

So I’m confused your site has what seems like the same product but different prices, u have a 43 4K pin for like 3800 and another for 6700 called the kranken but on it’s listings im not seeing big differences can u make a up to date video showcasing different models features and prices
