Use developers before possession sign karvate hai. NBCC/CR & AMRAPALI CASE mai developer hi change ho gya. To CR/NBCC old buyers se timely sign karva rahe hai. To avoid any legal complications.

Sir I have booked a Flat in W tower 1 years ago Booking I have deposited and process for loan in SBI bank loan was sanctioned and bank fwd for Lien letter to NBCC before disperse BUT NBCC did not provide Lien so far that's why bank has not disperse the loan I try to contact several time the who work with then but I didn't got solution What should we do in this situation
@@Shaxzon1 Sir you can't do anything in this case. You just need to document this to CR that delays in payment is the result of delayed LEIN. But recently, CR released few LEIN letters & will be releasing more in coming weeks.

@@mukeshkala6123 sir, as per personal opinion, the ideal living/ handover condition will be around March 25 to July 25. One year from here. Because flat is just a small part, completion of common services & approval of govt NOCs will take time.
What about open space in this project? Is there a provision of good open space?
@@aakashranjan8589 The open area of the project is already detailed in layouts & it's decently designed. The recent decision of SC, CR, NBCC & GNW Authority for use of "used FAR". We all are waiting for the new layouts with the new upcoming towers.

मेने 2010 में एक फ्लैट बुक कराया था। बुलन्द बिल्डर गौड़ सीटी 2 ग्रेटर नोएडा वेस्ट में 14 वर्ष हो गए हैं।काम बंद पड़ा है। पुरा पेमेंट कर चुके हैं केवल 5% पेमेंट बचा है। बैंक लोन का कर्ज चुका रहे हैं। किराए घर का किराया दे रहे हैं। कोई सुनने वाला नहीं है।
