Hi, Thank you for your comments. Your problem is the same as mine using JBL Connect Pro App v2.00.00. I also can't rename groups, even in demo mode. I have emailed JBL and am awaiting their response on this issue. I am also waiting for the next software update for this JBL Connect Pro App and hope it will fix the problem. 🤗

Hi, Thanks for your comment, I have never measured sound volume up to 110db with an SPL meter. However, I am sure that the limit light will not come out even if the sound has reached 110db. Yes, that's right, you can also connect the XLR cable L and R from the mixer output to the Speaker No.1 input (CH1 and CH2) and the PassThru to the Speaker No.2 input (CH1 or CH2). Hi, Thank you for your comment. This has happened to my JBL EON715 speakers. When the music starts playing, a POP sound is heard and then disappears as the music plays. However, not all the songs I play have a POP sound. I am not sure what is causing the POP sound. The only thing I could do at that point was make sure all the XLR connections from the mixer to the speakers were securely connected with no loose wires. I also updated the firmware to the latest version. So far I haven't heard the POP sound. I hope this answer helps you a bit. Have a good day my friend! 🤗

If you want to install monitor speakers, let's say you are using JBL EON712 as a monitor, you can connect a TRS cable from the Yamaha MG10XU Female Stereo Out TRS mixer to the JBL EON712 speaker monitor. You can control the volume of the JBL EON712 using the JBL Pro Connect app. For the microphone, you can plug it into any channel 1 through 4 on the Yamaha MG10XU mixer, and you can control the volume on the mixer. Hi, thanks for your comment. Can you check the Bluetooth version on your laptop? If your laptop's Bluetooth version is below v5.0, e.g. v4.2, then your laptop may be experiencing lag issues. The EON715 has Bluetooth v5.0. Your laptop's Bluetooth version should be at least v5.0 or higher. Also, make sure your speaker firmware is updated to the latest version. Hi, thanks for your comment. It depends on what you want to pair with the top speakers (HPF-SPKR and LPF-Mix Out). For example, if you set the top speaker with HPF to 80hz and LPF to 120hz, then the subwoofer's Parametric EQ can be set between 120hz to 80hz. If you want to use Cardioid EQ, you must have two subwoofers and place them next to each other. Subwoofer 1 (facing the audience) is set to 100hz and subwoofer 2 (rear facing) is set to Cardioid EQ. Thank you for answering. Here is an example of my set up on the left side I have a Prx15 speaker with a PRX18XFL sub . On the right side I have a eon718s and a Eon715 speaker. Now the eon speakers I followed your tutorial from the video to set those up.

Muchos de mis amigos, incluso vendedores de equipos de audio, me sugirieron que primero lo conectara del mezclador al EON718S y luego al EON715. Pero, para mí, prefiero seguir el manual de la serie JBL EON700 que dice que el mezclador debe ser conectado a la EON715 primero y luego a la EON718S Sub. A través de este método, puedo utilizar la ventaja de configurar el crossover (HPF y LPF) en el paso de salida de la EON715 de acuerdo a la configuración que quiero. But please remember that you must set the signal delay between EON718S and EON715 to about 1.1 feet per ms. Anyway, thanks for your thoughts on configuring this connection. I appreciate it. You shouldn't do that for proper results. It's also not recommended. I understand your point and did this many years with active speakers that have a passive frequency filter. Out the mixer, sub one, sub two, top. But that isn't the way it works with this. Because the Top has all the possible Mix Out options, the sub hasn't, so always from mixer to the top and then add the subs.

You trippin bro . I’m Team JBL all day and got 2 15’s tops and 2 18’s subs. After watching this dude videos and setting up my sounds the right way they sound awesome. This video helped the way my speakers are suppose to sound a lot. I also learned a lot. You not gon get the full experience from watching a video ppl are going to have to trust and go get the speakers themselves and listen.

@@Litcentral09 How am I tripping I said it sounded like it's out of phase and that's how it sounds. Maybe you hear something different, but I hear what I hear. I'm a sound engineer and I know what out of phase sounds like. I like JBL too, that's why I said that these speakers shouldn't sound like that because I know thnat jbl's should sound better than they do in this video. A good thing to know is, I made a song that sounds really good on almost all my speakers and headphones but I played them on this one set of headphones and it sounded terrible. Those headphones were Klipsch headphones and they sound good on other things that I played through them but this one particular song did not sound good on them. The Bluetooth headphones that I played this track through makes the track sound out of phase. Maybe it will sound better if I use a different set of headphones. The other day I read a comment where someone said the music was too loud over the person's voice but the music sounded fine to me so I get where you're coming from. I didn't tell the person they were tripping though, I just told them that it sounded fine on my headphones. 😎
