I hope you know salt is not required for canning safety it is only for taste. Please advise the viewers. Also you left the skin on which is excellent. Making everything hot is not necessary. I have canned hundreds of jars and never cracked one, I let the canner heat everything from room temperature. Except if for instance cook chili first and fill jars while it's hot then it is a good idea to pre-heat the jars and the water in the canner. Thanks for the video.

In Mark Ch. 11:25-26 says and when we are praying Forgive, if ye have ought against any: that your Father also which is in Heaven may forgive your trespasses. But if ye do not forgive, neither will your father which is in heaven forgive your trespasses. I was speaking that I knew God fearing people...people who pray for our County, Addicts and for anyone that needs prayer. Donna, do you know God? Have you given your heart to him? He brings peace to the suffering and takes guilt and turns it into salvation. I will pray with you if you like...just let me know.

Its heartbreaking how bad thi sworld is getting. I watched the first episode on netflix last night. No one really know unless they have it first hand with a love one. Our son is a addict but thank God he is in the recovery part of the addiction. Our granddaughter mom lost her life 8 years ago. We will be with you praying on friday

Ginger my heart breaks for you. I all to well know how drugs hit your family. We never would imagine raising our kids as drug addicts. I believe the only thing that saved my son was him going to prison for 2 yrs, He is home now clean in drug rehab and i pray that other families dont have to go through it

What percentage of fat was the whipping cream? 1 quart gave all that butter? I tried it with 35% fat and got a third of what you did. The quart of whipping cream was almost $9, so if I can't get more butter out of it, it's not cost-effective.
I used two quarts and can't remember now the fat % and yes I really got thar much butter

I only have a blender. If I use that should I use a low or medium speed or does the speed matter? Thanks
I really think med or high speed will work. Just never used a blender.

That looks great, but from one container of cream that looks like a LOT of butter. How much butter, by weight, will one container of cream make?
Never weighed it but probably 2 lbs

Well I believe I added the salt after butter was rinsed and water clear. I really never measure ( maybe I did for this video ) I'm thinking it was around half a teaspoon. Just add to your taste or leave out.
I seen on another vid that said 2 and a 1/2 cups whipping cream = 1 cup of butter

Sorry to hear about your covid exposure. I always take vitamin C (liposomal formula), Zinc 50mg and D3 every day and so far I have not gotten sick and I've been around many people who had it. I also take NAC, (N-acytle L-Cystine) everyday. These vitamins are immune system boosters.
