Folks - Save yourself the aggravation and get an awning professionally installed. I followed the directions (paper and video) the the awning never worked right. Despite several calls to customer support, I could not get the limit switch to work and the awning kept extending and retracting crooked. Plus, they didn't bother to print new instructions stating that the center roller support has to be put on at the beginning, not after it's all put together. I wasted the cost of the awning as well as the cost of having someone put it up and take it back off the wall. About $1,500 down the toilet. I recently had a sunsetter awning installed and I'm very happy with it. Better material and it moves straight as an arrow. Good luck.

This is a painfully inadequate video. And I can tell just from looking at mine that the demonstrator in the video (who cannot even keep what he is doing entirely in-frame) put the cable through the wrong holes. I guess now I have to research how to create a plug for this. It should have come with a power core. Its bizarre that it does not.

How much pitch does the awning have when fully extended?

The video lost all credibility about 10 seconds in when the wire was fed through the wrong hole (the screw hole)! No narration. No details about adjusting the wind and sun. A total waste of time and production effort!

So stupid!! If you're gonna show people why do a fucken stupid video like this.!!

You'd think they demonstrate it on a decent lawn and not this no man's half dead weed filled scrubland!!

I have had my AS 1200 at least four years now it’s a beautiful smooth product I had DIY INSTALLED I have had minor adjustments since installing myself I have never had to replace the arm Florida we have heavy rains and lightning that never affected it once I had the memory board replaced inexpensive I have had the housing plastic part replaced when cracked under warranty. I thinking of having the WiFi gate opener function part ordered and installed so I can open or close from my phone. DIY easy self instructions. Order one today folks!

So today I built My sauna. None of the panels were straight, the entire project was out of alignment. This was a total loss for me. I hated every moment of putting this together. The video is a false representation of what building this structure

It’s made out of paper this wood planks that just pop off. Aleko denied our request for refund and return because the order is outside of return window. But we don’t even have the complete order yet!

Have had nothing but issues with mine since it was installed. Had it wired up to two 12v batteries in series along with a solar charge controller and solar panel and my batteries continue to be discharged in a week. My gate is 28ft.
