It's crazy that they used to call season one of South Park "a sign of the apocalypse". The show was pretty tame back then.
I kinda agree with the take on Fritz The Cat. It isn't Ralph Baski's best work imho. It's a great start for his career, but Wizards I think was his best movie he made.

They've never given in to pressure political correctness is where they give zero fks and go with their own flow!! 27 years I've loved South Park and it's never failed me. King of the Hill, to my mind, was the first cartoon that was basically a present-day sitcom where these wasn't any strange conceits we had to accept. King of the Hill's characters were drawn far less cartoonish and exaggerated looking. They were just an American family from Texas family. Simpsons have four fingers and weird hair. Family Guy has a talking dog. Flintstones had cavemen riding dinosaurs, and aliens., The Jetsons .... well, that one was pretty much a straight sitcom but an imagined future. King of the Hill was like a cartoon Home Improvement or Roseanne. But set in fictional "Arlen", Texas as opposed to suburban Detroit or "Lanford" Illinois respectively.
