It’s amazing that people don’t realize we are natural born swimmers from birth but develop fear of the water as we grow older and then can’t swim and have to be taught something that at birth comes naturally !

She will be very driven and hardworking and resilient but the cost of this type of training is that the child will grow up learning to ignore her emotions and boundaries. She will likely become disconnected from her body and learn that what is expected of her must always supersede her own needs.
