dang that's really awesome I've been using tricks like this and the conduit trick like when you but a conduit on a wall attach a wire and then flip the wall over and the wire will phase through the wall and stay connected so you can run power inside buildings! I know this video is 7 years old! So this probably won't help many people with this issue she is having with snow inside the city interior but that's exactly why there is no snow inside the interior area because all the major cities in skyrim are actually interior cells basically walking through the front gate at whiterun is the same as entering one of the inn's or a cave for example! If you want the interior of whiterun or any other city to have a certain ground texture like snow or green grass it has to be a mod that specifically edits that interior cell just downloading a winter overhaul alone won't change the interior ground texture
