Not Long Beach, but I live in Laguna Beach, CA. It’s absolutely beautiful When I lived in Texas (in Houston, Dallas, and Austin), I never had an awe moment of how beautiful the place was. It was merely good enough. Moved to Laguna Beach, CA and the place is absolutely gorgeous. Checkout the CZcams video of Laguna Beach and you’ll see it for yourself. Also, the summer is actually enjoyable here where it doesn’t get as hot and doesn’t get humid either. I never thought summer could be enjoyable and thought it was hot and humid all over the US like it was in Texas (let’s just say summer in the Inland Empire is more bearable than Texas summer) Houses are more expensive here, but it corresponds to demand. I get on average 30 offers every month to buy my house in cash and above market value. Never received the type of demand in any of my properties in Texas

Moved from LA to Austin 3 years ago and wouldn't go back until Cali gets rebuilt properly. The politics have totally destroyed what is the most beautiful state in America. They are a very uninformed voter base that keeps voting democrat without a clue what the actual policies are doing. High crime, insane cost of living, filthy streets, roads and infastructure falling apart, bottom 5 public school system in the country, parental rights under attack by the state. It defies logic but they are so indoctrinated by the media and the institutes to vote against common sense that something seriously devastating has to wake them up and provoke critical thinking.
