Hey, I heard a lot about this organization and was looking for one near me. Are there any locations near Arkansas, a southeastern, rhombus shaped state in America?
Math teacher here: Hate to be picky, but certain things feel like listening to fingernails scratching on a chalk board. Arkansas is more trapezoidal: two parallel sides, two non-parallel sides. A rhombus would have opposite sides both parallel and equal, like a diamond shape.
I look forward to checking out some muslims and explaining to them why there is no god.

A pretty stupid comment. The whole point of the effort is to witness how stereotypes shouldn't make a difference in your interaction with them But that doesn't mean you welcome every single type of person, on the same excuse You can't put up a murderer and expect people to not judge/condemn him. Ofcourse you would condemn the murderer or the pervert or any criminal of any kind, any sane human would. But that's not the point.

I feel this is a good idea but nowadays people get triggered way to easy so arguements may break out.
This is a valid concern, however there are steps taken to prevent such an occurance. Books are interviewed by a member of the HL team prior to being published. At events, prior to checking out a "Book," Readers agree to guidelines which ask that the reader remains respectful in their dialogue & is not abusive towards the Book, returning the Book in the same "condition" as they checked them out. Also during events, volunteer Librarians provide moderation to ensure the dialogue during the reading remains respectful.
