my lockpicking skills are mediocre at best however the people clamping my car with one of these used a cheap masterlock padlock thinking it would do the job. after a couple of minutes of raking the pins she popped open. i simply chained the clamp to the nearest parking sign and locked it back up. picks are cheap and youtube learning is free.
