The Spread the Jam Project is dedicated to the promotion of freestyle flying disc. It began as a video campaign funded by the Freestyle Players Association's Spread the Jam Grant. It is intended to introduce a wide audience to the sport and artform known as Freestyle Frisbee.
About Freestyle Frisbee: Freestyle flying disc or freestyle Frisbee is an extended game of catch and throw where freestylers perform special "tricks" or maneuvers before performing the catch. These frisbee tricks can be simple, like a quick tip to an under the leg catch, or quite complicated. Freestyle frisbee is usually distinguished from other frisbee sports for its use of the nail delay, what people commonly think of as "spinning the disc on your finger." Can't get remotely close to the technical tricks and routines from the 80's. All i see is hook and rim. Zero double spins to blind leg overs or blind shoulder delay.

The first time I saw Randy jam was with Peter Laubert in Arizona in the early 1990's. Really cool creativity, unique tricks with lot's of coordinated lay down body rolls. Randy is a master. RIP Peter.
