Think it is appalling that someone would behave this way - they ought to be ashamed of themselves, I would not have given them their money back. Full refunds are normally given if the product is complete. Toni you are too kind, ban the person from buying from you again. :) xx

I have just got to watch the show from last week. I can’t believe you gave a refund for that. That is bogus. If any of the main product is missing they absolutely used the product they don’t deserve a full refund. They kept a stamp. Omg I am so upset at people and how they treat people like you with their disrespect. Boy I was having a great Sunday until I watched your show and saw what they did to the kit. Anyway if I were you I wouldn’t sell to them again. Angie

I loved last evening’s live although I was angered and saddened by the ‘Returns’ stories. How is it possible? Anyway it was rewarding to see how using what appeared t0 be a lost cause turned into very attractive cards. I call it the Toni touch. Imagine my surprise when I heard my name among the winners ! Lovely show as always, glad to hear the create and craft shows were so successful. I can count on one hand craft items I've returned and it was cardstock (not sbm) that was so damaged it would have had to be cut down from A4 to A5 in the middle as all the edges were damaged. I still packaged it really well and ensured it went back exactly how I got it 😂. Cannot believe people send things back like that. See you on Monday xx
