St. Joseph's Roman Catholic Church in downtown Las Vegas, Nevada, was established in 1982. The church daily celebrates the Latin Rite Mass, which had been the traditional Catholic Mass until the changes instituted after Vatican II. If you have never seen or attended a Latin Mass, especially a high Mass, it is something to behold.

Also important is the church's commitment to serving the downtown Las Vegas community, particularly the poor and indigent, something which has been undertaken for over 20 years. Over half a million hot meals have been served. Groceries and clothing are distributed daily to those in need of urgent help.
