Yes I believe parents have a big role to play in that one. The clothe industry is changing so fast and we need to remember like you kind of mentioned that kids are kids. And it's definitely not for their age.

That whole beauty industry. I went to Hawaii and it was teenage girl with her mom and little sister at the beach but the girl was probably 15 years old at most 17 but I don’t think so (older sister) was wearing a thong bikini. How does a mom allow that?? She was trying to look sexy and get the attention of a guy in his late 20s like wtf? Never okay to let your child sexualize herself as a minor.

A little dress on top of a short is fine for me. But some clothes are just not made for little girls. You don't see the same in little boys clothes. Everything is always longer (plus cheaper... they even charge more for less fabric 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️).
