Actually, LTA wants to distract you by lining the walk there with a lot of shops. For now, those shops sit empty, so the walk there will feel quite boring and at you might as well take the bus for just one stop just to get to that exit. They could have connected the station exit to Parkway Parade just like Great World City, but I wonder why they didn’t do it…
Parkway Parade exit may be in the future, the mall entrance has construction works and there are provisions for I think 2 new exits. The sign along the very long walkway from Exits 4/5/6 has 2 squares with black tape over them, so I suspect it will eventually link up to Parkway Parade.
Ik I'm two months late, but MASSIVE CONGRATULATIONS for being the #1 ULTIMATE FIRST to film one of all the TEL4 lifts especially this one.

20 persons / 1360kg seems OK enough for a MRL model, but HDB insisted on installing a lift with a machine room. Something to do with HDB’s limitations on MRL lifts?
Perhaps it's too big? Maybe HDB has a size restriction for MRL units?
@@TEL4specialist You got it; HDB has some funny restrictions with MRLs (e.g. height limit of 25 floors and a size limit of 16 persons) even though they are capable of so much more...

I think the controller should be Miconic TX-GC. Before refurbishment, the arrows won’t be shown on the indicator if the lift doors are open, regardless of whether it has calls to answer (standard TX-GC behaviour). After refurbishment, the indicator was probably configured to display the arrow even after the doors have opened. The logic should still be the same. The behaviour of the indicator at 0:12 is probably a sign of the TX-GC behaviour. Anyway, these lifts have some unique low-pitched version of the fast-paced Miconic TX chime. Not a fan of it, sounded too jarring. But the chimes have probably worn out by now.
According to ZHD1987E, he claims it is Miconic V. I don't really know about Miconic controllers, perhaps you can ask him about it. He also has a video on the lifts at Compass One, that should be a great platform for you to ask.
