10 yrs later and its still the best shoulder brace I’ve tried

Does this work as a heel lift on its own, or can you use a heel lift in addition to this?

too tight around the arm and to loose on the shoulder. also it gives my other shoulder pain.

Can we play tennis 🎾 after wearing this ?
