Last year, we bought a coffee grinder in the Amazon store, used it several times, everything was fine, now we have encountered a problem, the machine turns on, it works, but the coffee does not grind. please tell me what could be the reason? Facebook sent you a video about this issue

Expensive JUNK! Pure and simple. Used more or less about a dozen times then stored for two to three years. Got out of storage to use in late 2022 and began to operate but after roughly a minute into use stopped and gave a E03 code. That's all it will do now-operate for about a minute then stop and display the E03 code. Wonder why it's no longer produced!?

Received this as a gift and I was so excited to make espresso with it but honestly it sucks. It’s so loud. I had to press the espresso button 5 time for it to make espresso. It basically works when it want to. It also doesn’t make a full espresso. It barely makes an espresso shot when you press the 2x espresso button. So disappointed honestly.

I just got one and it worked fine. All these people that say it doesn't pump water, you did remove the shipping plug from the underside of the water container, right?

It just said how to froth or heat the milk but no how to make the capuccino. How I make the coffee for it? I can make espresso? 6-8 oz? I don't want extra water in my cappuccino.

Why can't the water stop by itself? I end up with watered down espressos. Guess I need to stop the machine when the brew goes clear.

HELP PLEASE! I just bought this grinder, tried assembling after washing, and can't figure out how to put the hopper onto the grinder. I lined up the marks, pushed down the hopper, it goes down all the way, but I can't turn the hopper clockwise to lock the hopper onto the housing. If I allow the hopper to rise up maybe a quarter inch or so, I can turn the hopper clockwise and line up the marks to the number of cups, but the hopper isn't locked onto the machine. I ASSume the hopper should be locked onto the machine. Anybody know what is wrong (besides me) and how to fix this grinder?? I really don't want to have to return the machine, since I need a grinder.

What I like about induction cooker is the timer, I can just simply do other things and not bother until it's done. Really safe to use

Does not work at all have the same error ( saying cook ware is not in stove although it is) I even I assured that the cookware used was the correct type !
