We experience our intuition as that subtle and quite confident knowing as compared to our loud unhelpful inner dialogue and impulsive habits. Being the loving awareness of it ALL is the key when it comes to seeing the differences. Are we living from our hearts or from the layers of past pain? This discovery starts with our awareness, compassion, and love.

I believe that when we are no long at war within we will naturally be no longer at war in our outside world. Thank you for saying all of that. The way the connection to my intuition is supporting me these days is by affirming in me that I can make my own judgements about what is going on in this realm.
