I disagree, I think that having something with personality like Hawaiian shirts in someone's style is a lot more attractive and better looking than a plain T-shirt. Plain t-shirt could be any auto-generate man out there, but the layers have cool potential and I love seeing people branch out and try new things. Fashion is experimentation and self-expression and it's best when it's allowed to be.

You need a light beige loose shirt( lighter than pants), NO tie, dark brown elegant shoe, layer it with some kind of a jacket or a blazer that goes with the colour scheme, a coat in a beige shade that matches the shirt or darker, add a gold watch or a watch with brown strap thet matches the shoes and gold trim and you are ready.
