Stop making video's incouraging people to move to the NWA area. The way we were has been destroyed enough already. Enough is enough. We're already crowded and have to wait and wait and wait for others because there's too many who've moved in. We want to remain small towns. I'd give anything if Sam Walton had went to another state.

That had to be a fake pic at the 2:53 mark that showed golfers in a desert area with cactuses. Nothing like that exist in Arkansas.

About nine hundred dollars for a one bedroom apartment.. I only get nine hundred and fourteen dollars with social security disability.. How is that affordable it is not affordable i'm sorry.. This is the reason why thousands of people are homeless because they can't afford the rent.. Let me know if there's anything under that.. Because that's insane.. Pluss you have to pay your own utilities on top of it.. I don't think so there has to be some sort of affordable option..

Fayetteville is awful. All anyone does from spring through fall is make noise in their yards--mowing, blowing, trimming. Yay, gas-powered, two-stroke engines. People drive loud, souped-up cars, construction noise is an increasing problem, and now more planes fly regularly over my neighborhood. Every new developer comes in and chops down all the trees. All the food is deep fried. Light pollution--it's a rude blend of suburbia and city. I went kayaking on Fayetteville Lake and spent the rest of the summer pulling up trash--four months, twice a week of pulling up trash before I could see into the water. Arkansas in general is heavy smokers, obesity, poor education, poverty. The university is blah, the traffic's worse. What other town would let a bike rally in? And for all this, you pay through the nose for most things. The city thinks it's New York, except there's no Central Park or any good culture. I'm here by accident. Don't move here on purpose.

I great that people are wanting to move to the area. Seeing new people like yourself is what keeps the area vibrant.

I’m looking about coming up there within the next couple years, looking for a property that puts me close to the ozark national forest
