We lost our family dog(boxer) April 7 2023 and April 7th 2024 I was offered a pocket bully puppy and just before I got the offer my teenager asked me to send him all the pictures I had of River (our boxer) of course I took it as a sign and could pass up the puppy. He’s 6 months next Tuesday and we are so happy to have him as our new family member. ❤❤❤

It's no also, why is it that a dog loves you so much and is only with you for such a short part of your life? It is just not fare at all, it has been three year sense I lost my Bruno and I miss him every day but mostly at knight when he would be sleeping on his bed at the foot of my bed, he didn't won't to be on my bed at 135pld's (that was probably a good thing) but I do miss that big guy. He will always be in the back yard he always lived in but I couldn't bare to stay in that house with out him, so I sold it and moved away.

Short answer is no - you can and do love again - but its just not quite the same. I've heard it described as 'the price we pay' - its the only time if give serious thought about if there was an after life - what it would be like. I dont know but if i had it my way - i'd want to relive every moment again, not make new memories - but relive the old ones and do it agin and again.

Friends.....doesn't matter what or wkt. It just is. That's what friends are for.
