Hey have you tried the diagnosis I described in this video to confirm connectivity? If it intermittent it is probably not a fuse issue but maybe a wiring issue or the Amp is going under.

having an issue with 2019 QX50 liftgate. Either it wont stay open when using my fob or when i press the button inside the car it will open and then quickly slam shut.
That sounds like an electric problem that's probably not something you can self-diagnose via this menu
Is the car running. Or in accessory mode. Are we assuming that people would know this already.
Accessory Mode meaning you pressed the On button without holding your brake to actually start the car and instead only electronics are on (lights, dash, screen, etc.)
Is there a reset setting for stuff like the electric power steering, vehicle dynamic control etc...
unfortunately not that I know of

So your sound is also not working in the car? If so that most likely means the Fuse needs to be changed. Do you know where the fuse box is in the car. Slightly different location for each year and model.

Probably not something you can validate using this method. Can be chewed wires or defective camera. You will probably need to have it inspected.

Hi, there might be back-up camera settings for this by navigation the Menu > Settings > Camera/Sonar > Camera Settings. Let me know if that helps and if you are able to find a way to enable and disable the guiding indicator line for the back-up camera.

It's a little finicky where you need to click on the screen under the arrow but it does eventually work. If you have right hand drive, it would be under the arrow on the left instead.

This is so helpful. It made it much easier to determine what wires were for each speaker so I could hook up my Audio Contol DSP for my new amps. The shop that tried to install it had everything wrong. No balance or fade. Was able to correct their mistakes after watching the video by going into speaker test mode. Thank you!

Well done, first thing to check when stuff doesn’t work is the fuse box. Too bad there are so many fuse boxes/fuses on modern cars.
Just like your screen mine doesn’t show all the apps. There’s nowhere to personalize my drive mode settings or my driving assistance settings. How do I get the rest of the apps?

What's the difference between the settings in ( infiniti drive mode selector) vs the switch by the cup holder -when you are driving? Is it the same exact thing? OR do the ( infiniti drive mode selector ) settings help the settings when when you push the button while driving.?
You can preset what the Personal Mode is configured as so when you select it by the cup holders it will utilize those settings.

@@miketorre16 💯 especially on the steering sensitivity if you have the drive-by-wire steering otherwise it just changes the ratio of gear shifting to your liking

Even after car on and off? You can try holding the power/volume nob for 5 seconds and the screen will reboot. See if that helps restart it?
@@ThaGreatED3 Yes, I tried pressing the power/volume switch and waiting 5 seconds and it didn't help.
@@majidalhooti3301so it did reboot but didn't help or didn't reboot as maybe you need to hold it a little longer. If it didn't help then might be some electrical issue that requires am in-person evaluation by Infiniti Service, unfortunately. Good luck and keep us posted if anything. Thanks!

Okay so I ran the diagnostic and it shows the Bose amp in the red. I checked the fuse panel under the steering wheel and number 3 was corroded. I used one of the spares provided and ran the diagnostic and it still shows red? Any ideas or tips? I also checked fuse 5 and it was fine.
Hmm, did the corroded fuse also corrode the fuse panel connection of that fuse? Corroded can also mean another underlying problem so unless it is simply cleaning out the corrosion of the fuse box for that bad fuse, you might need to take it to the shop for professional diagnostic.
