POS does not accurately report garage door status. I know I opened it within the hour. However, it says closed for 10 hours. Unreliable if you need this feature.

I love your products and that is all that we sell, but whoever was in charge of marketing that thought football and garage doors go together should probably do a little bit more market research. 😂 Maybe I'm completely wrong. How hard is it to mark the WIFI button on the damn device ? Stickers are cheap. Put that info in the manual too.

Your paper manual really really sucks.. How hard is it to put in the manual where the wifi button is located on the iDCM?? Also the 4 ports on the opener for the safety beams and wired wall console you mark them with useless and meaningless Letters STB BWC and 1234 but you don't put ANYWHERE OBVIOUS in the paper manual what they mean there to connect the beams where to connect the wired console and weather the polarity is a factor or not. RIDICULOUS. Do better

I chose model 3120 and it took me here, which has nothing to do with my model. The written instructions are not helping at all. We have 2 cars that have always used Homelink and we cannot get this new opener to program. And of course, try calling the 800#. You will never get through. I am really sorry we didn’t spend more on a better Liftmaster.

I'm connecting the DCM to my existing wired push button. The printed instructions are careful to indicate the proper polarity for this connection. But when connecting the pair of wires to the DCM, there is no indication of polarity. I guess I have a 50% chance ...

I have the 2128. I press the WiFi button till it beeps. The lights flash blue, green, red for approximately 30 seconds before turning solid red. It never connects to my phone.

Goodluck trying to connect if you have an Xfinty router. You have an easier time programming a lunar space launch to the moon.

Worked for me but then I was going to mount it (which means I had to take out batteries to allow access to mounting hole behind) after mounting no longer worked… kinda bs is this. Returning Forsure “chamberlain myQ” trash.

How the fuck in 2024 this an 80 step procedure that never worked. This should be a two step process. This opener running n dos 3?

I have followed every step verbatim. I don’t get a reset tone, no flashing back lights, no movement. Definitely not a quality product. Will be shooting this device at the gun range.

Tried complicated procedures repeatedly on Liftmaster operators with yellow and purple learn LEDs. After failing multiple times, I noticed button 2 I was using when programming the opener with purple LED worked on the operator with the Yellow program light. The instructions for this "universal" remotes are long, convoluted, and wrong.

I was able to connect to wifi fine, but does anyone know how to make the garage door go up faster, seems a bit slow.

Is this an accurate statement? "Programming will not be lost after replacing batteries and programming is complete" After two years (around the time battery replacement is recommended) the unit will no longer open the door and exhibits the same behavior with fresh batteries. I have seen various references to the units losing their programming when batteries die or are replaced as well (which is contrary to the information in this video).
