This is the easiest way I found to remove old exhaust Bello from a mercruiser bravo one out drive.

This is a little bit if installing new Pushrods and putting on the guides and rocker arms on a 1994 Chevy mark V mercruiser. Tighten rocker arm shoulder bolts to 45 ft lbs. This is for non roller cam. This us a flat tappet cam. Non roller rocker arms.

This is after a lower end rebuild. This is how you put the gears back on and find top dead center on the crank and gears to align with piston.

by the looks of those peanut ports that is a stock 7.4L engine and the #16 merc manual calls for 40 LBS. not 45, which is for the mag engine, the mag engine would not have peanut ports
So you dont gave to set the motor in any position, just drop in the new pushrods, sit the rockers on and torque them down?
I believe it still is off. Go to google type in (2007 Honda crf250r online service manual), page 225. (12-8) big gear on the crank shaft is 90 degrees off making the balancer off.
You are correct all three of them punch marks should line up when you turn the crank over!

Can’t you just torque them down if you have rollers
How did you setup your water pump timing
Could the engine flood & back fire & run hot because of this
