Man those guys in the video fish that spot all the time. A lot of time during my lunch break I stopped by. Around 1pm in the heat of the day they always have a cooler full.

The reason why I like the Slip Bobber with bobber stopper is because it helps you fish different levels of the water column. You can fish 3ft to 20ft of water or more. Okay picture this you have a 5ft rod and you have a fixed depth and you want to fish in 6 or 8ft of water. Picture all the line you have out if you have fixed depth it's hard to case out. Not saying you can't do it but it makes more sense to have a slip barber and a bobber stopper to reach those depths. I will send you a few videos. Thank you for watching and your comment. It’s both. I’ve lived in the North and South. We call it Northern pike up here and pickeral in the south. Same exact fish, just a different name and area. Same as soda and pop
