Hunting with the Hadzabe Tribe (Full Documentary)
Today I'm with the Hadzabe tribe (also known as Hadza tribe) in northern Tanzania. The Hadzabe are some of the world's last hunter-gatherers. They live off the land, hunting and foraging for their food.
Today I'm joining the Hadza on a full-day hunt. Little did I know, this hunt was going to test me both physically and mentally and push me to the very brink. This is by far the hardest video I have ever filmed.
So buckle up, today's video is a wild one.

Poor dronie đ I think the footage was well worth it! Iâve just come across your channel when looking for videos like this for Scotland and Iâm so glad I did! The footage is beautiful and the music too! And the way you describe each place and give some history and insight is so informative and interesting! đđ» will be diving into more of your videos for sure!! X
Hallo.I am wondering where are you now.Recently I am learning:The National Parks are protected areas*witch organized and have been given to the animals, because mainly that kind of land is not for the humans*or as grey zone between two countries*or because that land belongs to the indian. One girlfriend of me sells food for animals*I like her company, but we have the pro leme that I can't eat all of that.I hope out there you never getting craze to eat something like that.Love.Bye.
We were there last year...yes, worth the hype!
I love your content, makes me want to drop everything and go on safari. If you know of a way to donate to this school could you link it? Maybe I missed what you said and I have googled but you have been there and have experience, I would very much appreciate anything you could offer on the subject.
Thanks for the video, but you're not doing anyone a favor with this terrible clickbait title. Its reinforcing negative and - most importantly - false stereotypes about an imagined "dangerous" Africa. Its ignorant and ungrateful to the people who showed you their hospitality and allowed you - a stranger - to learn about their culture. Perhaps it is for such rude misconstructions that some communities prefer to protect their privacy - this has, by the way, nothing to do with being "secretive." We are not entitled to knowledge about other peoples cultures. Labelling the Diola as "secretive" or "elusive" (which is even worse) is another misconstruction that unfortunately buys into the colonial myth of an "unkowable" and "mysterious" Africa. The Diola were obviously willing to inform foreigners about their culture and traditions and they even let you in with your camera. It is particularly dissapointing that you are clearly ignoring other people's comments similarly pointing to the misleading title of your video. It is a simple thing to change the video title. Your refusal to act upon the criticism you have received thus far makes it seem as though you were keeping it in order to get more engagement, which would really be a shameful and petty thing to do. I would advise you to reflect on this. This is constructive criticism.
Such a pity always so many other vehicles

Hallo.I am going to fly over Africa for some days at least, because I like it and because I don't get busy about traffic.I liked very much your moments with the leopard. Our Lisa is not with us any more.I need a year to forget it.I am lieng?Of course.Love.Bye.
You are one of those daddy daughters who is crazy for comfort first
Itâs amazing Which camera you are using ? Are drones allowed in Serengeti?
superb video. visit Kasiranga in India also
Don't mean to be sexist or nothing, but it seems that the hunt is no place for a woman like that. The Hadzabe have figured that out a long long time ago.
The Hadzabe way of life makes me so envious of having so fullfilling of a life experience.
Uhu, your otherworldly family and friends should've used google before asking 'Why'. Top 5 countries with the least #murders: Oman, Japan, Isle of Man, Singapore and Senegal ;)
Look a little stark to me. Why not a bucket for the toilet?

Wow! My bestie used to live next door to Banana Lama, I spent plenty of time there, including epic times like Christmas. I lived in Gâleau Gommier on the Wet Area Road; a place called Zen Gardens. I also lived on the middle ridge in Calibishie. Thanks for the great vid!

Fun fact: There was a croc spotted at the chemka hot springs like a month ago.
Wow, that's pretty crazy!
Nice video Ella! Iâm excited on our June 7 days African Safari experience in Kenya. Can I ask if drone is legal to be flown? Or do you need to pay or get license or something? I saw you have some drone footages. Iâm planning to bring my drone too.đ
I hope you have an amazing trip! Taking a drone to Kenya is actually very challenging. They have strict rules on 'importing' so I'd recommend not bringing one at all. You can rent one instead eg AA Lodge in Amboseli allows you to rent drones and they come with necessary permits to fly in Amboseli NP. To fly in the Masai Mara you would need permits to fly there. Otherwise you'll have to fly outside of national parks which is actually where these shots were taken.
Hi is definitely win gold medal in Olympic gamesđ
Fabulous! Serengeti seems to be amazing!
It's a truly magical place! Thanks for watching đ
Hi, I really like your Video, which has done in very professional way. We too planing to do Masai Mara and Serengeti , Can I know the make of your Camera Mount, which was mounted to the 4X4, where I can buy that? Thanks
I'm so happy you enjoyed watching! All details of my camera set-up are here: ellamckendrick.com/my-gear/
Have to say you made video editing look so simple but it came out quite professional , only thing that was irking me in video was the flies on lions -- gosh I know they have learnt to live with them but spoils the grace and beauty while taking photos. Rest all good.
That's good that it looked effortless. The reality is it took over 20 hours but I'm happy with the result and I'm glad you like it too! Yes, I felt very bad for the lions. I think with it being the wet season there were more flies than usual.
the music is annoying.
Such a lovely video! I was wondering about your camera setup? I hope to capture good pictures when I go đ

Hi Which one you liked more, Masai mara or Serengeti?
That's such a difficult question! They're both surprisingly different. I like the landscape in the Serengeti more and the fact that there's a lot less cars at each sighting - one thing that bothers me about the Masai Mara is the fact that so many cars go off-road and get way too close to the animals. But I've had some of my best ever sightings in the Masai Mara and I love how the guides know the animals and their territories so well. They both have their pros and cons and I honestly love them both! What I would say though is unless you're visiting for 2 weeks or more, it isn't worth visiting both of them as the journey between them is too big.

Thanks for watching!
