Lowy Institute Poll: Two decades of history through Australian eyes
Since 2005, the Lowy Institute’s flagship annual poll has revealed how Australians see the world and their place in it. Now in its twentieth edition, the 2024 Lowy Institute Poll examines how Australians view major powers, including China and the United States, and world leaders, the threats facing the nation, and the risk of conflict in the region. It also shows how attitudes on energy policy, democracy, and immigration have evolved over time.

Should not have received this award. He is a slander and has made a lot of defamatory comments about financial institutions in 2023. He has lost multiple judgments in the court of law in Australia, which is very difficult to lose. He has excessively lied in court and should be the model journalist for what not to do. Probably a terrible human all around and I feel bad for any fool that he reads his publications.

I won my defamation lawsuit against Nick Mckenzie. Discovery proved that he told multiple lies, committed fraud, falsified evidence, and deliberately mislead the public. His conduct was so egregious that it couldn't have been an isolated event. I'm sure he is a lair and a fraud consistently with respect to everything he does. He likely doesn't deserve any of the awards that he's won.

I won a defamation lawsuit against Nick Mckenzie. Discovery proved he told multiple lies, committed fraud, falsified evidence, and deliberately mislead the public. His conduct was so egregious that it could not have been confined to that one report. I'm sure he is a lair and a fraud consistently with respect to everything he does. He likely doesn't deserve any of the awards that he's won. He is a disgrace to his profession.

For decades you Jews in Australia had a Pacific Policy focalised on generating Francophobia. With the arrival of China you can now stick your Protocols of Zion and your conquest for Oceania up your rump. And should France put in place a Nationalist government you won't even have France as an ally in the area.

What a punk this Dr Fullilove is! Seeing it as a badge of honour that Australia is part of the infamous spy-network including the NSA, and citing at the opening a war-criminal as his hero, his metaphors of pugilism remind of Reichsführer Dr Heinrich Himmler, who had similarly stressed Nazi Germany's expansionist plans! It smells a mile off who Fullilove's paymasters are!

The idea of the ADF is a DEFENCE force for AUSTRALIA the US wants to know that we wont drag the anchor so they can keep using our forces as backup. its quite sad that people think that terrorists have access to high tech weapons that could attack us from afar when the money spent on the war could actually go towards systems that actually defend our great country like missile defence and more boarder security and satellite systems ect.

Bit redundant uploading this after the election. Anyhow, if Obama's interested at all in his legacy, given he's got a mandate (though not a very strong one), ideally he should stick to his convictions. Accommodating China will be interesting, probably more so for the next couple American presidents. Another bi-polar world or will it more multi-polar? Would retrenchment be on the US foreign policy cards or will they try and maintain hegemony? It all starts with Obama's final term.
