Not sure what to put. This is mostly just me playing the game. I'm currently (5+ years now of) playing Tom Clancy's The Division 2. I don't do How-To's or tutorials. Not interested or smart enough for that. But I do love to play it even with all its problems. I'm of the WORK SMARTER NOT HARDER mind-set and it shows in my game play (turrets/drones/seekers). It's probably boring to most, but to each their own, no? I love watching my seekers and turret do all my bidding. I almost never shoot nor have to shoot my weapon and that's the way I like it.

Nah if you head to the screams location youll find an npc crying next to a corpse, so its someone crying over someone who got killed

Are they even around these days? I've been playing D2 for a while now, but I've never come across such a Hunter / Stalker.
When I do see them, they’re mostly in the open world in the evening or when it’s dark. I’ve been Descent so much lately that I have not seen them in quite some time. I’m sure they’re still there. I don’t know what they do.

I get the hunter fuzz/static at night time if I’m doing a bounty in the building just to the right of the safe house in Constitutional Hall. They’re definitely around, and seemingly at the same places each time.
Why you let him get away with
They just bounce when they’re seen. Not sure if they can actually be killed or not.

I don’t remember where I got mine, but I do have a Veil mask that I can wear. Must have been a hunter mission. WONY perhaps? It’s been so long ago.
@SirJabalot if it has a veil it probably was because you did puzzles to kill him. That's a mask I've been wanting to get but I never do hunters anymore. Time consuming and I already have all the DC masks so I'm perfectly fine at the moment

Apparantly you can kill them for unowned masks. Tho either you stun them or just make a one hit KO build to do it. I have the build. Just not the aim or luck to try.
This prob wouldn't work but MAYBE a 1 in 100 chance Flash grenade and Sweet Dreams shotgun melee
They unfortunately only drop random generic loot when killed.
Tbh division 1 hunters were better they were more menacing AND could execute you

Are you going to try the ManHunt missions? They are fun but I need to do my missions as well lol.
I remember when you was able to shoot them and gear would drop. Now it's very difficult because they run away and seem not to take any damage then poof their gone.

I’m not positive; however, I do THINK they spawn sort of randomly. You just have to be there when it happens (as I was). Sorry it’s not a better answer.
