Wrong! Just vacuum the baseboards using your dust brush attachment then grab a microfiber towel and use a mixture of hot water and a non-foaming cleaner like pine sol, wet your towel and wipe down the baseboards. You don't want to use dawn, you don't want to leave water on the baseboards, and you don't want to waste your time with those worthless Magic Eraser things.
Don't do this if you have real wood baseboards; you'll wreck the finish.
