Tutorial: How to make V-shape spiral earrings by Vi handmade
All I used in this video:
- 19 gauge (wire diameter 0.9mm): 7cm
- 20 gauge (wire diameter 0.8mm): 4.5cm
- Beads
There are some following notices:
- The length of the wire depends on the size of spiral
- The earwire ends should be smoothed to avoid scratching

I’ve been following another tutorial video which has much more complicated ways to shape the head and wire wrap the body. This is so much easier and still looks great! I have been working with wire and wrapping for several years so I had no problem following your video. Thank you so much!

Where would you recommend getting the thin wire? Or what exactly do I search up to get some thinner wire
Probably Amazon lol, but please make sure it’s non tarnishing! That would be the worst to make a whole ring and wear it for 2 weeks and then it turn your finger green :(
I bought wire on e-commerce website. You can search for '28 gauge wire'

How big is the bead?
The bead size depends on the head of sneak. In this video, I used a bead about 6mm
Am I the only one that keeps man handling the head when wrapping the body ? I keep bending it out of shape
yeah same with me, you have to move the wire quickly and the area grip by the part already wrapped up. hope this helps
