Curious, if you hold the clutch and rev up to the desired rpm, does it just sit there and bounce off that rpm? And if you let the rpm’s off without ever dumping the clutch, does it do that fine? Kinda like a 2 step lol

The rebel 500 could possibly save you one day . Top speed on the rebel 500 is 106 mph . Top speed on the 1100 is 99 mph .sometimes you need that extra mph .

I have one of these seats on my Rebel 500 and I can tell you they are not worth 400, at best they are a 200 dollar seat. Save your money and get a professional upholster to do you seat that is what I wished I had done. The seat is only slightly better than the stock seat.

Just a thought....take some black electrical tape and create some temporary black racing stripes to compliment the rest of the bike. I'm thinking maybe a double stripe to look best. If looks bad, just pull the tape off but at least you will get an idea of what some black racing stripes would look like. Cheers.
