Not easy to do. But amazing. Dribbling against the wall helps in handling the ball coming from the air when receiving it with either one hand or two to avoid turnovers. Plus, it can also provide the fingers and palm a better touch and feel for the rock when it comes to making advanced passes to players on and off the paint. Kinda like how soccer players practice with a wall except this time with their feet to get better touches.

Nees an experienced big man coach for those post moves. way to much quick dribbling. Need to pivot first and/or pause to assess the situation instead of just putting the ball on the floor immediately. Also only need two post moves: pick two of three: drop step, jump hook or up and under. Keep it simple.
